Regeneration catalyst -
The company acts as an enabler, facilitator and coordinator on city issues working in partnership with key centre stakeholders.
Experience enhancer -
This role animates the city centre to add to the experience of those people who live, work, shop or visit the city centre.
Service provider -
LCCM provides services in two ways, namely by acting as a project sub-contractor or by providing a city centre housekeeping role.
