“To enhance the quality of social life, economy and environment of Lisburn City for the benefit of all its users, including businesses, residents and visitors and to increase and promote its attractiveness as a destination and location for shopping and other activities.”

Our Strategic Roles:

In pursuit of this mission, LCCM performs the following key strategic roles:

Regeneration catalyst -
The company acts as an enabler, facilitator and coordinator on city issues working in partnership with key centre stakeholders.

Experience enhancer -
This role animates the city centre to add to the experience of those people who live, work, shop or visit the city centre.

Service provider -
LCCM provides services in two ways, namely by acting as a project sub-contractor or by providing a city centre housekeeping role.
