Robert White is the Lisburn City Centre Ranger, operating Monday to Friday throughout the city centre. Robert's role is to ensure that the city centre remains free from both graffiti and bill posters while undertaking repainting and environmental upgrading for both individual shops and the public sector. His position is jointly sponsored by Knox & Clayton Architects and Lisburn City Council. A contractual graffiti removal and environmental assistance service is available to retailers.
