Lisburn City Centre Management prepared a Strategic Investment Framework for Lisburn with a focus on the city centre and Sprucefield.

The overall objective is to :

'set out in a proactive way a clear investment framework to promote private, public and third sector investment in the most appropriate locations. The strategy will identify a clear programme of investment, development and environmental activity'.

The Lisburn Strategic Investment Framework summary document sets out a clear investment framework to promote private, public and third sector investment in Lisburn City Centre and Sprucefield.

Following extensive consultation the Framework document has created a series of 8 integrated programmes and 37 projects which will deliver the objectives.

The document has been adopted by Lisburn City Council and submitted to the Belfast Metropolitan Area Plan team for consideration.
